The representatives of Generation Y, commonly referred to as millennials, don’t stay with the same company for very long. According to the Gallup Research Center, 71% of millennials are not engaged in the work they do for their company and are ready to leave it at any time. On the one hand, switching jobs and gaining varied experience is an important part of the employee’s formation. On the other hand, the turnover of young professionals can cost a company a lot of money.
